Every day, we offer 3 different menus. You can enjoy a small starter, an excellent first course, a delicious main course with side dishes and, to finish, a tempting dessert or fresh fruit.

Our Breakfast Staff begin preparing your perfect buffet at dawn, using the fresh products delivered every morning by our trusted suppliers.
Starting from 7:00 am, our incredibly varied and generous BREAKFAST BUFFET awaits you, helping you start your day in the best possible way with its tempting selection of both sweet and savoury treats until 10:00 am.
At the Da Vinci, we prepare ESPRESSO COFFEE directly at the bar, including both COFFEE and CAPPUCCINO, which you can enjoy with a variety of brioches and croissants, homemade cakes, ring cakes and freshly baked tarts.
For an extra boost of Health & Energy, you will find plenty of NATURAL SEEDS and a wide selection of FRESH, DRIED and SYRUP-PRESERVED FRUIT, as well as local products such as HONEYCOMB HONEY from the Casentino Hills.
If you prefer savoury flavours, you will appreciate the different types of cold cuts, our selection of cheeses, fresh vegetables, small bruschettas and sandwiches, as well as EGGS cooked in many different ways [SCRAMBLED, FRIED and BOILED] to ENJOY with crispy BACON.
What is more, every morning we freshly prepare for you coffee TIRAMISU and YOGURT MOUSSE. We also offer CORNFLAKES and a variety of CEREALS to enjoy with traditional YOGURT, available plain or with fruit.
