Here are some measures we have adopted to guarantee you all the safety and serenity you need.
Hygiene and sanitation
Following thethe directives of the WHO and the regulations in force at national level, we have implemented new procedures and protocols to guarantee rigorous standards of cleaning, sanitation and hygiene.
Every day the rooms are thoroughly cleaned with PROFESSIONAL DISPOSABLE PRODUCTS .
At each departure the rooms are completely sanitized with virucidal disinfectant based on hydrogen peroxide to ensure a 100% sanitized and safe environment for the next guest.
We constantly aerate all common areas which are cleaned and sanitized several times a day, with particular attention to all surfaces with the greatest contact.
Breakfast served at the table
For your Breakfast you will find the delicious products of our buffet protected by a display case like in a pastry shop.
You can choose whatever you prefer and it will be served to you by the dining room staff to be able to bring it to the table.
Other findings
We constantly monitor the state of health of our Staff who have followed a specific training program for the application of all the prevention and protection measures necessary to guarantee both their own safety and that of the Guests.
At the reception desk we have installed a plexiglass panel, which allows clear and safe communication, without the need for a mask for the desk staff. Thus, you can contact us at any time, without risk.
Remember to wear the mask inside the structure and to use the antibacterial hand gel that you find in all the common areas of the hotel.
